Payment Terms

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Secure payment by Visa and Mastercard is provided by Paypal. When paying by credit card, the total amount of your order will be reserved upon order confirmation. Your card will not be charged until your order is processed.

Delivery Terms

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail when your order is sent. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account. Order-status definitions are as follows:

1. Pending: Your order has been received.
2. Processing: Your order is being processed.
3. Delivered: Your order has been sent.

All orders are sent via airmail by The Norwegian Postal Service. Their schedule for A-Priority Post is as follows:

Within Scandinavia: 2 business days
Within Europe: 2-4 business days
Rest of the World: 10 business days

Returns Policy

If you are a private consumer, you can return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received the item. You do not need a reason for returning the purchase, but the purchase must be returned in its original condition, and you are liable for the return costs. If you would like to return your purchase, please email us for instructions.

In the event that you received an incorrect or faulty purchase, please notify us immediately by email. We will be responsible for the return costs.
